“Hi, my
name is Lisa. Ever since I was a young girl I wanted to be
an entrepreneur. At a young age I noticed how entrepreneurs
always seemed to be happy, energetic, and confident – their
time was their own – their lives were exciting. But others,
the ones who just had jobs, were the opposite. They always
struggled financially, they seemed stressed out and unhappy.
They sat around and complained about their bosses, their pay,
their bills, and how sick and tired they were of rush hour
traffic – but that’s all they ever did – sit
around and complain.
When I was 13 I made a commitment to myself
that no matter what, no matter how, I was going to have my
own business.
Even at 13 I was ready to get started. Granted, there’s
not too many businesses that a 13 year old girl can start –but
I found one – selling greeting cards. I would buy the
cards at wholesale and sell them for a nice profit. I went
to people I knew, who referred me to others, and before long
I had a lot of customers. But the best part was that all
of my customers were repeat customers! All of my friends
had typical teenager jobs working in fast food places or
grocery stores but I made a lot more money than they did – and
I worked when I wanted to work – not when the boss
told me to. I could already see where they were headed – because
as teenagers they sat around and complained about their
bosses, their schedules, and their pay. They were already
on the
road to unhappiness.
One of my favorite things to do was making
dresses – and
after high school that’s what I decided to do. In only
a few short years I was the proud owner of an upscale clothing
boutique and I was “on my way” so to speak -
I even had time to give something back by volunteering as
a guidance counselor for troubled teens.
But after a while I began to see the other
side of owning a traditional business. Even though I had
no boss, the business
itself became my boss. The store hours dictated to me when
I had to be there and even though business was good – the
rent, employees, taxes, and insurance were “eating
away” at my profits. I grew more dissatisfied with
my personal income and my aging grandmother was needing more
personal care from me. Her medical needs quickly absorbed
my savings and I saw myself becoming a slave to my own business,
having to put in more and more hours just to keep up. I was
starting to feel like I just had a job. My dreams of happiness
and independence were slowly melting away before my very
eyes. As time wore on it got worse – until I finally
found myself saying – “ I just can’t take
anymore of this”.
So once again – I began searching for a better way.
I attended a Direct Marketing Association meeting and what
an “eye opener” that was! I began to see new
and more efficient ways of doing business and new possibilities.
About that time one of my customers told me about this opportunity
and about the benefits of working from home. Normally, I
would have been a little skeptical, but because this was
someone whom I trusted I decided to get involved right away.
My very first day in business I made a profit of $322.50.
And it was all profit because there’s no overhead to
pay like rent, employees, etc. I got to keep it all! By the
end of my first month I had earned over $2,000 – and
in the second month my income doubled to $4,000! Within a
matter of months I was earning more from my part-time home
business that from my full time efforts at my store. Needless
to say I closed my clothing boutique and said “hello” to
a new day!
I studied 5 of the most successful people
in the business and simply did what they did. Usually,
successful people
want to keep their secrets to themselves – but in this
business, successful people become even more successful when
they share their knowledge with others! I was loving life
and since then I’ve never looked back.
Now, 12 years later, I am truly living
the life I dreamed about as a little girl. My time is my
own. I’m not “tied
down” to any office or schedule. There are no limits
on how far I can go – and I do it all working my own
hours from the comfort my three cozy home offices. I say “three” because
I own three homes. My six-figure residual income makes that
possible along with an exotic vacation for my entire family
6 times a year. My children and my family come first – and
that’s the way it should be. I always dreamed of retiring
one day and collecting Old Masters oil paintings and buying
some land to grow palm trees. Well – I’m not
retired yet but those dreams have already come true …I
finally know what the word ‘freedom’ really means.”
The truth is … that you don’t need any business
experience, and you don’t need to be a genius or a
computer expert – that’s not what matters. This
is not about being a salesperson and you don’t need
a ton of money to get started. The “key” to changing
your life is something that is very rare these days...and
that something is called DETERMINATION. You see, without
DETERMINIATION, there is no reason to get moving, no reason
to try new things, no reason to look at new opportunities.
Whatever your reason is...the fact that you have a reason
makes you important to us. All of us at Lifetime Opportunity
are just ordinary people who have experienced extraordinary
results. And we need people just like you to join our team.
But now it's time to come inside...it's time to see what
you've found!
